Troubleshooting
1. I am having trouble connecting to a service. How do I address the problem?
WiFi Users:
Check if your network setup requires a proxy server or if you require permissions in the firewall to access internet.

GPRS Users:
Do you have GPRS/3G with full internet connectivity? mundu IM will not work with      a simple WAP connection.
Have you configured your network settings correctly? Please refer to your handset user guide to configure your GPRS settings.
Contact your operator to help you configure your GPRS connection correctly.
     If the problem persists, please contact us with the exact error message.
2. One of my services keeps disconnecting. What can be the reason?
The cause may be a problem with the network connection (GPRS / Wi-Fi).
3. I can browse the Web using my GPRS or CDMA connection. However, mundu IM does not connect. What can be the reason?
Being able to load page in your browser does not necessarily mean that you have full unrestricted Internet access. In order to use mundu IM you need to have Internet access with full TCP/IP enabled. Most mobile operators call this service as Advanced GPRS or Internet plan. You must contact your service operator if this problem persists.
4. I am not able to connect to AOL using my company account with a .mac account. What is the problem?
Currently, mundu IM on Palm uses the TOC protocol which does not work with .mac accounts. .mac accounts work only with the OSCAR protocol.
